, the Samsung S Advance joins the slew of Galaxy phones already available, offering a cheap alternative to the Galaxy S II.

As to specifications, there's a 1GHz dual-core processor and a 4in Super AMOLED screen.

Unfortunately it ships running Android 2.3 Gingerbread rather than the newer Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and Samsung has yet to say whether the phone will see future Android updates.
